Ms Tan Lay Mai, the Group Financial Controller of Enviro-hub Holdings Limited (“the Group”), is responsible for the Group’s full spectrum of financial and taxation functions, including financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and accounting, treasury, internal controls and compliance with corporate, legal, tax and accounting requirements. She also takes charge of the formulation and implementation of the Group’s financial policies and budgeting.

Ms Tan has more than 15 years experience in accounting, treasury and auditing. Prior to joining the Group, Ms Tan was with Miyoshi Precision Limited, a company listed on the main board of the SGX-ST as a Senior Group Accountant for 4 years. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant of Australia (“ASCPA”), member of Institute of Certified Accountant of Singapore (”ICPAS”) and member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”). Ms Tan holds the Bachelor of Business Major in Accountancy (with Honours) from the Edith Cowan University (Perth, Western Australia).

Mr Venky was appointed as the Managing Director of Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte Ltd on 1st April 2011. Prior to his appointment, Mr Venky was the Director & Head of Cimelia and Diretor of Enviro-Metals Pte Ltd. He holds two Masters Degree, M.Sc (Master of Science) in Industrial Chemistry from Mysore University (Karnataka-India) and M.Tech (Master of Technology) in Process Metallurgy from Regional Engineering College , Surathkal (Mangalore-India). He has made several speeches and speaker in international conferences both on the Environment & E-Waste.

Mr Venky is an instrumental technical & operation person for designing, setting & establishing up of the E-Waste Recycling, Recovery & Refining facilities. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of developing recycling & environmental activities. He has established key process & facilities includes integrated Analytical Lab, On-line Sampling, Refining of PGM Group Metals, Pollution Control System. Mr Venky is overall responsible for Cimelia’s business including marketing, sales, operation and bringing new business models.

Mr Venky is an elected “Steering Committee Member” for the International Electronics Recycling Congress (IERC) - Switzerland and member of various associations related to recycling. He was selected as an E-Waste expert by the Asian Productivity Organization (Japan) to conduct the Asia Pacific workshop in Y2009.

Mr Seah joined HLS Electronics Pte Ltd (“HLS”) as a sales and marketing executive. Prior to joining HLS, he was a Chief Steward in Singapore Airlines for 25 years. Thereafter, he ran his own events management company for about 4 years. With over 30 years of customer care service experience, he was appointed as General Manager and thereafter as Director & head of HLS’s operations. He holds a Diploma in Mass Communications.

Mr Lim Kheng Boon was promoted to his current position as Director of Enviro-Metals Pte Ltd (“the Company”) in March 2011. Mr Lim oversees the Company trading division’s sales & marketing strategies for both local and overseas markets. He also shares the responsibility of supervising day-to-day operation of the division.

Prior to the current appointment Mr Lim joined the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary Cimelia Recourse Recovery Pte Ltd in 2004 as Sales Manager. He has more than 15 years of experience in e-waste recycling business, specialising in the area of precious metals.

Mr Chan joined Leong Hin Piling (Pte) Limited (“LHP”) since 1985. He specializes in civil construction, geotechnic and piling projects and has vast experience of 25 years in this trade. He oversees the business activities of LHP in civil, geotechnic and piling projects as well as the construction equipment rental and trading business. He actively seeks new ideas and advance methods to overcome diffi cult projects. Under his charge, LHP has completed a wide variety of public and private sector projects utilizing different piling systems. He is the Approved Person for BCA’s General and Specialist Builder’s license.
